TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Pre-Order from China: All products are pre-orders from China. You need to pay for both the products and the shipping fee. The delivery time will depend on the cargo option you choose.


2. Estimated Shipping Fees: The shipping fee provided is only an estimate. Please note that the cargo will be re-measured upon arrival at our China Warehouse. You may need to pay an additional shipping fee, or receive a refund if the shipping cost exceeds the estimated amount.


3. No Rush Orders: Since all products come from China, we cannot expedite orders or control the location of your parcel. Our customer service team will provide updates on your item's location, but please be aware that the ETA date only accounts for the shipping time to the Philippines and does not include the time it takes for the China supplier to ship the items.


4. Order Pickup: Once your orders arrive at our warehouse in the Philippines, you will be responsible for picking them up or booking delivery through services like Lalamove or J&T.


5. No Cancellations or Refunds: 168 Online does not offer cancellations or refunds once an order is processed and the products have been paid for with the China supplier. We cannot cancel or refund your order after payment has been made.


6. Missing or Damaged Items: 168 Online is not responsible for any missing or damaged items, as we only assist in purchasing from the China warehouse. However, we can help communicate with the Chinese warehouse regarding any concerns you may have.
